The Day of Event Coordination package is for the person that wants to plan their own event, but needs some extra assistance on the day to pull it all together. In order to make the big day as successful as possible, the KGE team will come in two weeks beforehand to assist with coordination of final details.
Prior to Event:
- Meeting 2 weeks ahead of the event day to ensure full understanding of duties during event and throughout the final weeks ahead of time
- Phone calls to confirm already-booked vendor and venue details
- Creation of day of event timeline and production schedule based on information provided
- Meeting prior to the event to confirm final details for set up and flow of the day
- Unlimited consultation by phone or e-mail for 2 weeks leading up to the event
Day of Event:
- Coordination of event set up according to instructions provided
- Acting as point of contact for key parties throughout the day should any questions arise
- Management of flow of event – ensuring meals, speeches, etc. happen at the planned times
- Problem-solving throughout the day of the event to deal with any issues that may arise
PRICE: STARTS AT $1,500
- Additional charges for expenses such as travel, mileage, and accommodation may apply to events taking place outside Edmonton
- Depending on scope of set up needs, an event assistant may be required which would result in additional costs
- Full teardown is not included, but can be added as an extra to this package. Rates vary depending needs.
